Shipping & Processing Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade artistry! Every item in our shop is prepared with meticulous care. Please review our processing timelines, shipping methods, and order policies below before placing your purchase.

⏱️ Processing & Production Times

Because we offer a mix of ready-to-ship items and deeply detailed custom art, processing times vary significantly by product type.

Ready-to-Ship Items

 1–3 Business Days Packaged and shipped within 72 hours of purchase. 

Realistic/Hyper-Realistic Custom Babies

 10–14 Weeks Hand-painted and weighted with foundational or advanced detailing.
Ultra-Realistic Custom Babies 16–24 Weeks Prototype-grade micro-detailing, custom hair matching, and premium styling.
Ultra-Realistic Tier Custom Babies 24–36 Weeks Cloth body, Full Body & Cuddle Silicone Babies require extensive work and therefore will take much longer to receive.

⚠️ Important Note on Limited Edition (LE) Kits: Production timelines depend heavily on sculpt availability. If a chosen kit goes on backorder or sells out before your order is processed, production may be extended, or a visually matching substitute will be discussed.

📦 The Two-Part Shipping Process

To provide the best possible collector experience, all custom reborn doll orders are fulfilled in two distinct stages:

  1. The Welcome Box (Shipment 1): Sent shortly after your order is placed. This includes your custom baby's hand-selected premium gift set, accessories, and foundational paperwork so you have something to open while your baby is being painted.

  2. Your Finished Custom Doll (Shipment 2): Sent via a separate tracking number immediately upon completion of the detailing tier you purchased.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Carrier: We primary ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (depending on package size and destination) to ensure safe & tracked delivery.

  • Tracking & Insured Delivery: Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you as each portion of your order ships. Full insurance is not required but is recommended and available at an additional charge.

  • Signature Confirmation: For security and to protect your investment, high-value shipments (including all completed silicone and custom reborn babies) require a signature upon delivery.

  • Customs & Duties Fees:  If you are outside the U.S. please review your country's policies and customs fees.  You are responsible for these costs and they are not included in the price of your items.  Abandoned packages are destroyed as we do not assume costs for returns due to missed pick-ups.

🛑 Delays, Rushes, & Cancellations

  • Patience for Premium Art: Premium detailing cannot be rushed. If a buyer cannot wait for the full duration of their purchased detailing tier, the baby will be sent early with a lower, less-detailed finish. No refunds will be issued for the tier difference.

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Cancellations: Because materials are secured immediately upon purchase, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once a custom order has been placed.
