Return, Cancellation, and Chargeback Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dream Baby Reborns. Because our items are unique, custom-made, or collectible creations, we maintain strict guidelines regarding orders, cancellations, and returns. By placing an order on dreambabyreborns.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Refunds & No Cancellations

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

No Order Cancellations: Once your payment is processed, production, preparation, or fulfillment begins immediately. Therefore, we cannot accommodate order cancellation requests. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud
A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a transaction directly with their bank or credit card issuer instead of contacting the merchant for a resolution.
"Friendly Fraud" or Fraudulent Chargebacks include, but are not limited to, scenarios where a customer:

Claims an item was not received when tracking data confirms successful delivery.

Claims an item is "not as described" without any valid justification or communication with us, simply to bypass our standard All Sales Final policy.

Authorizes a purchase but later claims to their financial institution that the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent in order to keep the merchandise for free.
3. Our Policy on Litigating Fraudulent Chargebacks
We take chargeback fraud very seriously, as it directly impacts small businesses and independent artists.

Rigorous Defense: We monitor all transactions for fraudulent behavior and will vigorously dispute any unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks with your credit card company or bank. We provide delivery confirmation, tracking information, IP address logs, and communication history as evidence.

Legal Action and Collection: In cases where a fraudulent chargeback is successfully forced through, Dream Baby Reborns reserves the right to take direct legal action. This includes reporting the fraud to the internet crime authorities (such as the IC3), forwarding the debt to a third-party collection agency, or filing a claim in a court of law to recover the original funds, associated chargeback fees, and legal expenses.
