Note: To maintain our standards, we do not rush our work. Orders are completed in the sequence they are received to ensure every detail is perfect.

Can my baby have a drink-and-wet system?
No. This specific listing features a soft vinyl head/limbs and a cloth body. Drink-and-wet systems are exclusive to full-body silicone dolls.
Can this specific vinyl kit be made in silicone instead?
No. Sculptors hold strict copyrights for their specific kit mediums. Replicating a vinyl kit's design into silicone is unlawful, so we only use authentic, authorized kits.
What if I want to adjust something when I see the finished baby?
While we do not offer refunds, your happiness is incredibly important to us. If the final look isn't exactly what you envisioned, we will gladly create a new custom doll for you using a different available kit. The buyer covers return shipping and new raw materials, and our custom labor for the exchange is entirely free.
